DESIGN

DESIGN DOCUMENTATION development for all MECHANICAL INSTALLATIONS for residential, commercial, and industrial buildings, by using commercial - as well as renewable - energy sources:

  • SNAPSHOT OF CURRENT SITUATION
  • CONCEPTUAL DESIGN
  • MAIN DESIGN
  • DETAILED (IFC) DESIGN
  • AS-BUILT DESIGN

Snapshot of current situation - A record of the actual position of mechanical installations, as well as type of equipment on the facility, with the aim of determining the condition and functionality of the whole system for possible reconstruction, alteration, or improvement.

Conceptual Design - Energy requirements for obtaining utility connections, location permit, or construction conditions.

Main Design – It presents a technical solution of designed mechanical installations. It contains budgets, blueprints and descriptions of the system, an indicative estimate of the investment and is aligned with other parts of the main architectural project.

Detailed Design – It elaborates and graphically presents installation details of mechanical equipment and installations, with specific professional requirements taken into account. The designs involve all the details and are adapted for easy use on site. The project also consists of a detailed Bill of quantities as a tendering and contracting basis.

As-Built Design – A detailed design with outlined modifications that may have occured due to specific requirements during the execution. Its purpose is to record the actually performed work.
