The newly passed law (nZEB) has resulted in certain problem areas in the choice of heating / cooling processes and systems as well as hot water preparation.

There are a multitude of solutions on the market and not all of them are suitable for every area (continental area, coastal area). A suitable solution can be selected in discussion with the project engineer and with clearly defined requirements (project tasks). It is necessary to take into account the availability of energy sources in the area of ​​plant construction and the type of use (year-round / seasonal). The available budget is also of no small importance.

Since Croatia’s accession to the EU, tenders for the co-financing of energy-saving projects and the modernization of heating / cooling systems in single-family houses have been put out to tender on a regular basis. Hence, it is necessary to think about a system that can be upgraded in the future.
